ShaSa Resort's Beyond The Sea Unveils New Menu for 2012

Online, March 18, 2012 (Newswire.com) - ShaSa Resort and Residence's award winning Thai gourmet restaurant, Beyond the Sea, has finally unveiled its much-anticipated menu for the 2012 tourist season in an announcement that will have diners all over the island salivating at the prospect of the delicious foods on offer.

Beyond the Sea is one of the best known restaurants on Koh Samui Island, highly regarded for its tantalizing Thai cuisine. Built on the concept of authentic Siamese food cooked the traditional way by nationally-renowned chefs, the cuisine at Beyond the Sea is known as much for the variety of its menu as it is for its rich, traditional Thai tastes.

The new a la carte menu for 2012 introduces an exciting range of new dishes to the dining table, including the mouth-watering Sour Soup with Fish and Coconut Aprout, a specialized dish that is unique to Beyond the Sea.
