Sergio will mainly localise Serious Factory products and help the Serious Factory's sales team expand the company's customer base. This new business partnership is part of Serious Factory's indirect sales strategy, and reflects the developer's desire to strengthen its market shares outside of France. With the signing of a Value Added Reseller agreement covering Asia and a Business Partner agreement to sell its solutions in Benelux, 2011 was the "year of partnership". 2012 has only just begun, but is already set to be a milestone in Serious Factory's business development.
