Brown has a 32-year track record in health and senior care, most recently with multiple, Kansas City-based communities offering Independent Living and Assisted Living, and Memory Care lifestyle options.
Having earned secondary and post-secondary degrees in Long-Term Care Administration, Sociology, and Public Administration, Brown will now oversee community and lifestyle programs for The Welstone At Mission Crossing, which provides maintenance-free living alongside restaurant-style dining, a cutting-edge Health and Fitness Center, year-round activities, and scheduled transportation services among others.
Key, near-term initiatives for the community include consistency and quality of service, fostering open communication with residents and community leaders, and enhanced safety and security of residents.
