Select Society Innovations leaders and team members shared 2017 year in review and plan to channel their results into action in 2018.

​Recently, leaders and team members from Select Society Innovations conducted a year-in-review to look back at 2017 and see how far they’ve come. Setting goals and reaching them is a big part of the company culture and taking the time to look back at the growth and change of the past year is a cause to celebrate.

“This past year, Select Society Innovations expanded into new markets within Virginia and had the highest productivity in our areas,” shared William, the Owner of the company. “Our entire team has reason to be proud of these results because it was a group effort to get here.”

“The individual members of our team also had an exciting year,” continued William. “They attended multiple business conferences in Dallas, Texas where they received top-tier training from industry leaders. Getting this focused professional development has helped them rake in the accomplishments over the course of the year.”

“For me personally, it was exciting to take the dream of owning my own business and compare that to where I am now, seeing it run so successfully,” said William. “This has been an exciting year of growth in Virginia and I know next year will be even better.”

“We had a great year last year and we’re determined to channel that success into focused action for next year,” shared William. “We started talking as a team about what we want to do the next year, both as a business and as individuals. Once we define those goals, we’ll choose metrics to help us keep track of our progress and ensure we’re on track to meet or exceed our goals.”

“One big goal for Select Society Innovations next year is to continue looking for professional development opportunities for each team member. They all have strengths that need training and coaching to really excel, and I’ve committed to helping them find the right events,” continued William. “Our company goals are what we set out to accomplish together, but I also want to stimulate professional and personal development and hold everyone on our team accountable to the aims they set for themselves. As a leader, I also want to make sure I’m providing them with the resources and opportunities to work on projects that will help them succeed, or at least putting them around others who can open those doors.”
