SEG Promotions Receives Glassdoor's OpenCompany Designation

The managers of SEG Promotions, an interactive marketing firm, are pleased to announce that the company has received Glassdoor's OpenCompany designation. The job search site recognized the firm for workplace transparency.

Its purpose is to recognize and reward businesses that promote workplace transparency. “Glassdoor is a company that believes in connecting talented people with the right organizations,” he said. “Naturally, they want to recognize businesses that have policies and practices which reflect their own values and high standards.”

To qualify, employers must complete five steps to accurately depict their workplaces. After these steps were completed and approved, SEG Promotions received a distinct profile badge and an external award graphic to relay to job seekers that the company’s leaders have achieved and are committed to transparency.

Not only is SEG Promotions noted as an OpenCompany on Glassdoor’s website, but it also receives increased exposure through Glassdoor as well as assistance with accurate profiles and reviews. As an added benefit, Jake and his colleagues have access to employee branding best practices that Glassdoor provides to top companies.
