SD Events’ Director of Operations discussed the team’s expansion efforts and the associate who will manage the new office. She also highlighted a few advantages of opening new markets.

This fall is an exciting time to be part of the SD Events family. Lexo and Will, the firm’s Directors of Operations, explained, “We’re expanding into Tempe, Arizona to reach a whole new set of customers. Our company and the brands we represent stand to gain a variety of rewards from this venture, so we’re ready to dive right in with innovative campaigns.”

Jovanni has been promoted to the management level to lead the Tempe expansion. In his new role, Jovanni will be responsible for motivating his team members to meet or exceed revenue goals. He’ll also devise new strategies to attract top talent to SD Events, which will fuel further growth. A variety of administrative tasks also come with Jovanni’s position as manager, all of which Lexo believes he is well equipped to handle. She commented, “I have full confidence in Jovanni’s ability to take this opportunity and run with it.
