ScheduALL Broadcast Users Group Collaborates on Best Practices

ScheduALL begins an initiative to closely engage with its user community within post production, studios and transmissions to channel user feedback into the ScheduALL product roadmap.

ScheduALL unites its domestic broadcast community of users in New York City to share best practices on their use of ScheduALL technologies. This is a first step in an ongoing process of helping a very diverse media and broadcast community of ScheduALL users save time and benefit from each other's unique operational experiences with the product.

"This initiative is but one in a series of efforts for our business to get closer to our customers and will reflect both our vertical expertise across the globe, relevant to Post Production, Studios and Transmissions, as well as our ability to listen to where our users feel their businesses are heading and the functionality they will need on the road ahead," said Joel Nirenberg, Vice President of Product Management, ScheduALL. "It is hyper critical that during these turbulent times in an industry undergoing such significant change that we recognize the mission-critical nature of our systems and how they can impact the success of both an operation and our user community at large."

ScheduALL will continue to dialogue beyond these quarterly summits via an online Web portal where users can participate in ongoing idea sharing by posting best practices to each other via blogs or "tips and tricks" sections on how they are best using the software.

Nirenberg added, "Our ability to extend this type of client partner interaction is a testament to the maturity of our product and our organization's commitment to the industry we have served for over twenty years. Our user community feedback and our willingness to listen are vital to our long term success".

"ScheduALL's Broadcast Users Group session was very informative and educational for me. It's always good to hear other perspectives and to see how other companies are using the program, which lends itself to how flexible and powerful a program ScheduALL is," said Bob Collom, Operations Manager, NFL Films. "This session showed a commitment level for the future and the direction that ScheduALL is taking as a global leader in the broadcast industry. It's rare, but welcome, to see a company that is as "in-tune" with its customers and solicits feedback from its clients to better their own product."

Christine Ehrenbard, Director of Broadcast Distribution, CBS said, "CBS was pleased to participate in the first ScheduALL Broadcast Users Group. We found it very useful from two points of view. First, we were interested to learn how others are using ScheduALL through the specific user presentations. Second, we enjoyed sounding off on the particular new features we would like to see included on the ScheduALL roadmap. We appreciate the effort ScheduALL made to bring the users together and, more importantly, to be open to our input."
