SARCO Architects Wins Seventh International Property Award
SAN JOSE, Costa Rica, October 21, 2019 (Newswire.com) - SARCO Architects Costa Rica won the 5-Star Best Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica (2019-2020) award for its Casa Aramara Residence in the Peninsula Papagayo luxury resort, a spectacular example of modern sustainable living.
Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto hosted the USA & Americas Property Awards where the firm competed with the best property professionals. At the gala, the judges announced SARCO Architects as one of the four finalist nominees for “America’s Best” in the Architecture Single Residence category.
“We design and build with the environment, not against it, flowing with the land in an organic form,” says SARCO Architects principal Roderick Anderson.
This marks the firm’s seventh winning project in the International Property Awards. Previously, its Cap Limon Luxury Club Residences Resort in the Dominican Republic received three awards in the Leisure Architecture and Leisure Development categories (2017-2018). Renowned Casa Magayon was also awarded the 5-Star Best Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica (2016-2017). For 2012-2013, the Bartlett Residence also won the 5-Star Best Architecture Single Residence Costa Rica.
"We don't design projects to win awards. We design homes for people and the experiences that we create for them. The awards are a by-product of true collaboration and talent, and a thousand great decisions by our entire team," said Roderick Anderson, CEO & Design Director SARCO Architects Costa Rica.
