Simplesmente maravilhoso! Hotel limpo, quarto limpo. Banheiros compartilhados limpos a todo instante. Se preocupam com cada detalhe que nunca vi em hotel 5 estrelas (no qual já me hospedei). A localização é maravilhosa, pertinho do ponto final de um Cable Car. A recepção não fala português, porém sempre solicita a entender. Tem chá/chocolate (maravilhoso) e café a todo instante. De manhã tem uns bolinhos ótimos! Super indico e voltando em SF vou ficar no San Remo! Obrigada pela estadia! Vocês estão de parabéns! O hotel é uma fofura e super bem cuidado.

Simply wonderful! Clean hotel, clean room. Shared bathrooms cleaned every instant. They are worried about each detail that I only saw in a 5-star hotel (in which I’ve stayed already). The location is marvelous, close to the final point of a Cable Car. The reception does not speak Portuguese; however, they make sure you understand. They have (marvelous) tea / chocolate and coffee. In the morning had the best small cakes! Extra, I indicate when I return to SF I am going to stay in San Remo! Thanks for the stay! You are to be congratulated! The hotel is a cutie and super well taken care for.
