Chicagoland Master Restorer to Complete Skills Program in Construction Management

The program is a rigorous six-month-long program intended for construction companies that have been in business for at least three years with over $500,000 in revenue looking to grow and scale. More specifically, the Contractor Training Program is geared toward business owners and top leadership that seek to master the skills needed to run a successful construction business.
As the managing director for ServiceMaster Restoration By Simons, Sam Simon has earned the highly coveted title of Master Restorer. Sam oversees the technician teams, all restoration project management, construction and sub-contractors. Sam has over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry and is a certified Master Restorer in water damage clean-up and restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery restoration, health services, advanced drying and odor mitigation by the IICRC.
Completing the HACIA Contractor Training Program will arm Sam with the technical tools and necessary know-how needed to manage and complete construction projects successfully in the Chicago metro area.
