Sabor Latino Brand Comes to Chicago -- Defining the Taste of California's New Majority

FMI CONNECT CREATING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE LATINO FOOD INDUSTRY BY PARTNERING WITH THE SABOR LATINO FOOD INDUSTRY TRADE SHOW

Food companies are quickly waking up to the fact that Latino consumers want more than chips and salsa. National and local grocers, buyers, and food companies will convene June 8-11 for the Annual FMI Connect in Chicago.

According to Sabor Latino creator, Lilly Rocha, as the growing Hispanic market demands quality food and beverages, Latinos want brands that offer everything from vegan to organic and yes, good quality tortillas, chips, and salsa.

"Chicago has the nation's fifth largest Hispanic population and Hispanics make up a little over 21 percent of Chicago's population, including the business sector,"

Lilly Rocha, Director of Show
