Rough Country Expands N2 Line to Jeep Xj, Toyota Tacoma

Rough Country's new N2.0 Shock absorbers - balanced for on and off-road use - now available on Jeep XJ and Toyota Tacoma.

Now XJ drivers get to enjoy the uncompromised balance of pleasure and performance of our new N2 series. Featuring lower tubular control arms and a solid tubular transfer case drop kit, durable is an understatement. This rough and tumble 4.5" N2 Series Suspension Lift for Jeep XJ is ready to take whatever you dish out. Add-a-leaf springs, lifted front coil springs, and lifted shackles help your XJ achieve a full 4.5" of lift height; enough to run 32" tires and give your ride a killer look. And, of course, this kit features Rough Country's new N2.0 Series Shock Absorbers; outfitted with rubber bushings and armed with 10-stage velocity sensitive valving, chromed hardened 9/16" piston rods, and massive 1 3/8" bores; allowing for a super smooth highway ride and outstanding control in rugged off-road situations - all from the same shock.
The XJ 4.5" N2 Series w/ lifted leaf springs also joins the ranks of N2.0. Instead of an add-a-leaf system, this kit includes all-new rear lifted leaf springs, adding longer life and greater functionality. Considerably easier to install, this kit does not require the tubular transfer drop case or lifted shackles.
The power of N2 also arrives for Toyota Tacoma, as part of the new 3" N2-Series. This easy to install kit features 2" rear blocks and front upper strut extensions. With our new N2.0 Shocks, this kit takes your Tacoma to the next level; perfectly balancing off road performance and smooth highway ride.

ABOUT N.20:

Who says your daily driver and your weekend warrior can't be the same vehicle? Introducing The N2.0 Shock absorber: Engineered by Rough Country's Research and Development Team specifically for both on and off-road use. N2.0 shocks are nitrogen charged at 200 PSI to prevent foaming and offer a longer lifespan. Incorporating "Velocity Sensitive Valving" technology, these shocks utilize a 10-stage variable valving process that helps facilitate resistance valving incorporated in the shock according to piston rod speed. This allows for a super smooth highway ride and outstanding control in rugged off road situations from the same shock, without turning any knobs or shock removal for re-adjustment. Each shock is tested and custom tuned for its specific vehicle application. It's Chromed Hardened 9/16" Piston Rod and massive 1 3/8" Bore allow for fluid movement while providing the type of heavy duty durability needed in off-road situations. The N2.0 Shock absorber is outfitted with rubber bushings to provide further vibration dampening, while its RC Silver powder coat finish holds up to the elements on the trails and turns heads on the highway. N2.0 Shocks are covered by Rough Country's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
