Rouge Caboose Takes a Paws to Support Pet Project

Rouge Caboose owner Georgia Michelle and Miss Cotton are featured in K9Phoria video

Rouge Caboose, the locomotive for your personal style, takes a moment out of her busy schedule helping others organize their lives to help out a local business project that allows dogs to take their people out to play. Featured in an online video that is making its way across the internet, Rouge Caboose owner, Georgia Michelle Yoder, and her special friend Miss Cotton show their support for a great idea that has sparked the interest of dog lovers in Northern Colorado.

Because of her passion for dogs, Georgia Michelle is an avid supporter of everything pets and was thrilled to volunteer for a video to help get the word out about K9Phoria. Not only featuring a dog park, but also a feed-supply retail store, bar, gym, and coffee lounge areas for members, K9Phoria will provide a unique experience for dog owners. The K9Phoria video features Georgia, her husband Brent and canine friend Miss Cotton, as well as many other local dog owners who support the idea of a space for them and their furry friends to enjoy an afternoon.

Rouge Caboose's Georgia Michelle was on board with the idea of K9Phoria from the first moment she heard about it. Her husband provided photography services for the K9Phoria video through his business, Capturesque Photography. Georgia and Brent rescued their precious barking companion, Miss Cotton, in 2011 through the help of Animal House, a rescue shelter that provides relief in decreasing the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals. After finding out that the adorable Miss Cotton had been shipped all around the Kansas area and seeing photos of the dog, they fell in love. They knew they were destined to give the adorable Miss Cotton a permanent home. Since then Georgia has supported animal shelters and ideas that help to make the lives of animals easier.

"Brent and I have always said that if we ever win the lotto, we're buying all the animal shelters and updating them," states Georgia. She wants all the potential pets to be as comfortable, clean and happy as they can be, before they head off to their forever homes. Although not a shelter, K9Phoria is a great extension of the idea of making your dog happy. The entire K9Phoria facility is not fully realized yet, but Georgia Michelle believes the new dog park and all its amenities will be a wonderful place for dogs and dog lovers and she can't wait for the opportunity to hang out there with her best furry friend.
