"We have just completed our first year of operation in North India, and it has been a very good year. Our team is working together in a very efficient and enjoyable way, and our clients are the beneficiaries" says Ron VanPeursem, Director of New Business Development for Mea Solutions, Asia Regional Office.

"We have just completed our first year of operation in North India, and it has been a very good year. Our team is working together in a very efficient and enjoyable way, and our clients are the beneficiaries" says Ron VanPeursem, Director of New Business Development for Mea Solutions, Asia Regional Office.

Mea Solutions, Asia Region opened the North India operation on April 4, 2011 with a small team of highly motivated, local talent. Ron and Kandy VanPeursem work together in the Asia Regional Office: Kandy VanPeursem is the Employee Relations manager, and Ron VanPeursem is the Director. They both enjoy working with the staff, and feel that the first year has gone extremely well.

Ron VanPeursem says, "We began a year ago with an exclusive focus on Content Development for social media marketing purposes, but in the last few months we have expanded into other aspects of the social side of marketing. Our team is really enjoying the fresh variety in our daily tasks."

There is a new SEO Tech in the Asia Regional Office, but she is fitting in wonderfully and learning very quickly. Executive Assistant has grown beyond this title, and will soon need a new title that describes her managerial responsibilities better. And the first Copy Writer on the team is beginning to branch out into creating original content in the area of technology reviews.

Ron VanPeursem, an expat working in India, also authors a blog called "Culture Happens" for other expats that are living and working away from home, but who want to learn how to connect in their new world.
