Online, November 11, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Craig Robelen has announced the formation of a new business with Robert Hanna, who joined Robelen & Associates in June of 2012. The business venture is Robelen - Hanna Homes.
Robert Hanna will direct all new single family home construction and client relationships. Craig Robelen will oversee new business development, speculative home building, and home design.

Recently, Robelen & Associates has completed several major renovations and additions, beginning with their Delray Beach Marina Historic District project and thereafter a 1956 home on Palm Trail in Delray.
"The Atlantic" is a restoration of a 1947 historically designated home designed by renowned architect Sam Ogren, who was responsible for a multitude of historic buildings in Delray Beach including Old School Square and the Sundy House.
"The Bimini," the second home of this historical project, is a new home designed to reflect the old Delray style characteristic of the 1920's architecture in Delray Beach. Both homes were restored under the architectural direction of Gary Eliopoulos of GPE Architecture. These homes were awarded the 2011 Delray Beach Historical Society Award for single family homes in Delray Beach.
Robelen - Hanna Homes Renovation and Addition Specialists is currently restoring the historic Parker House, which was moved from 3rd street and relocated to 170 Marine Way in the Marina Historic District. This home is being offered for sale by Premier Estate Properties.
