She explained that candidates for these entry-level roles need bachelor’s degrees in marketing or related fields. One to three years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand promotions can be substituted for a degree. Additional knowledge in market research, product positioning, or pricing is considered a plus. An in-depth training program is provided, but bringing some existing skills to the table will give candidates a leg up.

“We offer great earning potential and generous bonuses,” Kelly added. “The incentives our people can earn are significant. They keep the entire team engaged. Along with a fun working environment, we also provide clear paths to career advancement and promote based solely on merit.”

The Director will be emphasizing passion for the firm’s unique style of brand promotions throughout this hiring initiative. She stated, “We need proactive self-starters to push Riverpoint Management’s biggest goals across the finish line. Any addition to our team needs to have a true passion for the work we do and a real desire to make the most of his or her talents.”

Riverpoint Management’s Director Details Unique Internship Opportunity

The Riverpoint Management internship program is also getting underway for the summer. The Director noted, “We’re ready to welcome a new group of students and new graduates into our office. Everyone who completes our internship program leaves with the confidence gained through a complete hands-on education.”

This year, the firm has a unique internship available. The special events intern will assist the promotions coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies. He or she will also coordinate event activities including setup, visual merchandizing, and inventory control. This role also calls for tracking event sales and planning logistic details.

Kelly stated, “The special events intern will serve as event manager when necessary and lead by example for other participants in the program. Along with the in-depth training we offer, this person will sharpen his or her leadership skills. It is a prime opportunity to prepare for any professional challenge the future may bring.”
