"Things have changed. Obviously, estate planning has become a big issue for a lot of people as the population ages. Increasingly we are seeing people trying to avoid probate issues upon their death and I spend a lot of time on these types of clients, completing probably four or five estate plans each week. People are living longer and as a result, they are requiring services for a lot longer."

With over 40 years dedicated to law, Mr. Dailey brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his areas of specialization, tax preparation and planning, estate planning, real estate, zoning, business and employment law as well as litigation support and strategy consulting. "When I was in the military, I was an intelligence officer and all of the individuals working under me were lawyers, even the enlisted men.
