Resolute Engages in Higher Education Partnerships

The director of operations at Resolute announced the firm's partnerships with local higher-learning institutions, and outlined the benefits of working with recent college graduates.

“Preparations are underway for commencement ceremonies at colleges and universities all over the country, which means that new graduates will be looking for jobs to begin their career journeys,” said Jackson, Resolute’s director of operations. “Many of them will remain involved with their schools, participating in various programs. We intend to get engaged at this level to find focused and ambitious individuals to join our growing team. I know there are plenty who excelled in school and are now prepared to leverage their fresh knowledge and quench their thirst for success.”

The director explained that his company is a great place for ambitious professionals to launch their careers. All team members work through an intensive training program – with the guidance of mentors – which equips them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to wield the most powerful marketing techniques in the industry. Furthermore, their policy on merit-based advancement allows anyone who positively impacts the firm to be promoted quickly.

"Recruiting someone from within is much less risky and far more lucrative than bringing someone in from elsewhere. My newest team members will only become more valuable over time as they further their careers."

Resolute’s Leader Makes a Case for Hiring Individuals Fresh Out of College

“I realize that there are some hiring managers out there who are reluctant to employ people right out of college,” Jackson continued. “I must say that I enjoy working with recent graduates. There are plenty of benefits to doing so. For instance, despite the advantages veteran professionals offer in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, harnessing their drive is worthwhile – even when hiring multiple inexperienced people to do the work of just a couple seasoned individuals.”

“Furthermore, I’m fascinated by how well young adults collaborate these days,” he indicated. “I can’t help but wonder whether changes in upbringing had an impact on this. Not so many kids traversed their neighborhoods to see who they could find to play with; instead, they’ve been more active in daycares and organized sports. It seems much more structured and interactive.”

Jackson also pointed out that younger workers are usually substantially more comfortable with technology than their older counterparts. This includes more than basic use of the Internet – they are more familiar with the latest algorithms, search techniques, software, and other applications as well.

According to Jackson, there is also great potential for recent college graduates to develop into respected and influential leaders. “I know that hiring fresh professionals now allows me the time to mold them into the next generation of Resolute’s leaders,” he concluded. “Recruiting someone from within is much less risky and far more lucrative than bringing someone in from elsewhere. My newest team members will only become more valuable over time as they further their careers.”
