Remmers Bel and assino announced the successful completion of the project on implementation of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Belarus" system and assino's in-house developed solutions. The project was carried out in time and on budget. Project enhanced Remmers Bel performance and made all CIS branches' business activities transparent to the head office in Germany. Remmers turned to assino, because of its unique expertise in developing efficient IT infrastructures to support centralized business processes for regional subsidiaries of German enterprise companies.

Remmers Baustofftechnik GmbH based in Löningen, Germany is one of the leading producers of construction chemicals, wood coatings, dispersion paints and other types of coatings like epoxy. The company has subsidiaries in more than 15 countries all over the world and employs more than 1000 employees. Remmers Bel is Remmers' subsidiary operating in Minsk,Belarus since 2002.

"1C:Trade Management 7" and "1C:Accounting 7" products previously used by Remmers Bel have been modified by independent contractor. However, these modifications didn't meet all specific business needs and some operations remained manual. Furthermore, modified modules were inaccessible for any changes by the customer. This made difficult to deliver transparent and correct reporting from subsidiary to the head office in time.

After careful audit of the system, assino offered to implement "1C:Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and customize the solution in accordance with Remmers unique business processes. This customization allows managing the 10 000 items nomenclature by characteristics and carrying on various price lists for the stock. assino team migrated all data including accounting and HR management to the new system as well as performed personnel training. This let less staff executes operations quicker and deliver information to the Management on-the-fly. Also cost effectiveness model was developed and implemented. As the result, automated calculation of costs and release prices reduces the logistic expenses and enhances subsidiary's efficiency.

For reporting consolidation ATiP:IFRS integration platform developed by assino was chosen.

"ATIP technology let us synchronize data from customer's Belarusian, Russian and Ukrainian branches with corporate ERP system, comments Sergey Nikitchuk, assino Project Manager. â"€ Reporting forms we've created completely correspond with international and corporate standards. This provides essential transparency of subsidiaries' performance for the head office in Germany".
