The new Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) specialisation program provides customers with the assurance that they will be engaging with a knowledgeable partner that is an expert in the defined product or industry area, and able to work with them to develop and implement specific solutions. Companies accredited with a specialisation of an Oracle product (such as JD Edwards) are leaders in the sales, presales, support, and implementation areas of that product.
