Recording Artist D-Edge Involved in Car Crash
Trail Creek, IN, May 13, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Recording Artist D-Edge was involved in a car accident this morning (Wednesday May 11, 2015). The "Blue Lobster" rapper was reportedly leaving an overnight studio session when he fell asleep behind the wheel of his 2014 GMC Denali, veering off the road and returning back into the road, striking another vehicle. The accident happened around 7:15 am in Trail Creek, Indiana, about 4 miles east of Michigan City, Indiana. Attempts to reach the rapper or his management wasn't returned. Although details are still developing, sources say that the rap crooner checked himself out of the hospital within minutes of arriving, citing privacy concerns.
D-Edge has been riding high off the success of his album "The Trueprint", which has been very well accepted. He also was a part of the new million dollar, Jaguar "Audition" Campaign, which showcases the new 2016 Jaguar line up. It was reported that he was at the studio recording songs for his highly, anticipated album, "The Trueprint II".
