Reality Star Tiffany Michelle Celebrates 30th "UnBirthday" With Amazing Race Castmates
Los Angeles, CA, August 17, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Actress and Reality TV star, Tiffany Michelle celebrated her 30th “UnBirthday” yesterday, surrounded by Amazing Race season 15 cast mates, just outside of Los Angeles, CA.
The Mad Hatter themed birthday dinner party was held at a private residence in Newhall, California and served as a pseudo Amazing Race reunion. TAR season 15 winners, Meghan & Cheyne (Whitney), runners-up Sam & Dan (McMillen), and Michelle's own race partner, Professional Poker Player, Maria Ho were all in attendance.
“I never would have imagined that some of my best friends would come to me through a reality TV show,” Michelle said. “People always ask if any of us racers still talk and we laugh because ‘talk’ doesn’t quite cut it. We were all in Meghan & Cheyne’s wedding, got tattoos together, take vacations with each other, and now here everyone is... they all flew in for a six-year TAR reunion and to celebrate my milestone birthday. We’re not just ’friends’. We’re family.”
Award-Winning home cook, Merry Graham (who has been featured on The Rachael Ray Show) served as chef for the Wonderland-like evening, executing an outdoor summer’s eve tea party inspired menu which include: Fresh Raspberry Vodka Lemonade with Mint, Chicken Cashew Tea Sandwiches, Kale Salad with Maple Lime Raspberry Vinaigrette, Creme Drizzled Tajin Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Poblano Corn Chowder, Mini Ham Housed Bacon and Spinach Quiche, and a Strawberry Plum Filled French Muffin Tart for dessert.
Party goers dressed in Mad Hatter inspired cocktail attire, including lace gloves, tool skirts, over sized pearl earrings, striped knee-high socks, plaid suspenders and bow ties, and a colorful array of miniature top hats.
In lieu of a traditional “Happy Birthday” song, Michelle was serenaded when her guests broke out into a spoken-word-freestyle-rap-like impromptu birthday song, while Maroon 5’s cover of Pure Imagination played in the background.
Michelle’s best friend, photographer Tiffany Mather (of Tiffany J Photography) was on hand to capture every detail of the fantastical evening, held on an outdoor lawn, decorated to the nines in the style of a Mad Hatter Tea Party.
