Randall R. Saxton Has Been Selected as One of Mississippi Business Journal's "Top 50 Under 40."

Randall R. Saxton, a member attorney in the Madison office of Saxton Law, PLLC, has been selected as one of Mississippi Business Journal’s “Top 50 Under 40.” He will be recognized at a luncheon on April 7, 2016, at the Hilton in Jackson. For the past 23 years, “Top 50 Under 40” recognizes 50 of Mississippi's top business and community leaders under the age of 40.

"I am extremely honored to be recognized for the work that I have done as an attorney and as an active citizen in Mississippi," Saxton said. "Seeing the positive changes and results of the actions that qualified me for this honor is the most rewarding part."

Practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, tax, business planning and formation, and estate planning, including wills and probate, Randall R. Saxton is the founding attorney of Saxton Law, PLLC, which serves as general counsel for Randall Saxton Real Estate, Inc. and R&S Development, Inc. Randall also serves as the JAG officer for the Mississippi State Guard, Vice President of the Mississippi State Guard Association, on the Board of Directors of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, and on the Executive Committee for the Madison County Republican Party.

In 2010, Saxton earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law where he served as historian of the Student Bar Association. He also studied Administration of Justice at Mississippi College, earning a Master of Social Sciences. In 2006, he graduated from Mississippi College where he earned his Bachelor of Science in History and English.

Saxton volunteers as the Mediator for the Jackson Municipal Court and as a volunteer attorney for the Mission First Legal Aid Clinic. In this capacity, he coordinates pro bono mediations throughout the year that bring attorneys and staff together through the spirit of volunteerism. Most recently, he helped organized a successful charity ball and silent auction benefiting our volunteer soldiers to provide them with equipment and training to assist in our state’s most vulnerable times. He is also a volunteer with Hinds County Emergency Management’s CERT team, and the State Guard Association of the United States.
