As various roles and responsibilities transitioned, Johnson became the purchasing manager for Manufacturing, and he continues to purchase all steel and equipment needed to manage daily production efficiently. Other significant roles include fostering relationships with vendors and working alongside Research & Development Engineering and Accounting to handle commercial bidding.
