QX Ltd, a leading provider of global business process management (BPM) services to a range of private and public companies, has announced the appointment of Akhilesh Pandey as Chief Commercial Officer and Vimal Joshi as Senior Vice President, Business Operations.
Akhilesh Pandey will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the QX Group’s Commercial Strategy and will oversee sales channels, customer service, marketing and the ongoing evolution of the group’s sales model. In his previous role as Director of Global Sales for IMS People, Akhilesh had been responsible for its sales across multi-regions, consisting of all its recruitment and accounting customers. Akhilesh Pandey is a customer-centric, goal-oriented executive with diverse leadership experience, gained from general manager, strategy, sales and operations roles for a number of BPM companies.

Vimal Joshi will be responsible for overseeing the operations strategy and priorities of the QX Group. This entails close collaboration with the senior leadership, business unit heads, technology teams and operations leaders to improve governance and service delivery. Vimal brings to QX over 14 years of experience in multi-sector operations management, transition management, key account management, business and process re-engineering and people management, which includes 12 years in the RPO space. Vimal joins QX from IMS People, where he served as the Senior Vice President for their operations.
