Quiet Southern California Resort Settles Down After Being Hit By 100 Reality TV Stars

Over 100 Reality TV stars swarm a small Southern California town all for charity.

The stardust is settling at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, a quiet, rural town in San Diego's north county. Pala Mesa was happy with accommodating over 100 reality TV stars for the second annual Reality Rally fundraiser over the April 12th weekend. The resort was home base for the celebrities as they came here to support Michelle's Place Breast Cancer Resource Center by raising money and participating in an Amazing Race-like challenge in Temecula's Old Town. This fundraiser is known to be the crème de la crème of all reality TV fundraisers and is the brainchild of Gillian Larson, of Survivor - Gabon. "There sure was a buzz around Pala Mesa as stars like Survivor's Richard Hatch and YauMan Chan, and others from shows such as The Amazing Race, Big Brother and X-Factor were hanging out here all weekend. Reality Rally sure knows how to put the Fun into fun-draising! We are ready for Reality Rally 2013!" says, Jay Lee, general manager of Pala Mesa Resort.

The private Fallbrook resort setting was perfect for all the stars to relax in an undisturbed environment in between all the weekend fund raising activities being held in the nearby Temecula wine country

Fallbrook has been known as the avocado capital of the world. It is an agricultural mecca. Fallbrook is also recognized as one of California's top ten artist communities. Most people don't think of agriculture or the arts when traveling to Southern California or San Diego. Sea World, Disneyland and Legoland dominate. However, with the rise in voluntourism, eco-tourism and sustainable travel, more people are considering areas like Fallbrook and Temecula as travel and charity destinations.
