Putahracsa Hua Hin Appoints Two New Chefs

Bangkok, November 2013 - Group Executive Chef Raffaele Dadone of The Unique Collection of Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the addition of two new chefs to the highly acclaimed culinary team at the seaside resort, Putahracsa Hua Hin.

Chef Tanu Panthong
Having worked in five star hotels and resorts in Hua Hin, Koh Samui and Phuket, Chef Tanu brings over nineteen years of experience in Asian, Mediterranean, Western, Molecular Cuisine and Fusion Cuisine to his new role. He joins Putahracsa from his most recent role as Executive Sous Chef of the Maikhao Dream Villa Resort Phuket and Outtrigger Senenity Resort Phuket. Prior to working in Phuket, he worked for several five star hotels and resorts including Evason Hua Hin, Six Senses Spa, Dusit Resort & Polo Club Cha-am, Hua Hin and Sofitel Central Hua Hin. His new role at Putahraca enables him to express his passion for cooking and creating unique, imaginative and flavorful cuisine.

Mr. Alexandre Fonteneau
With his love of baking, Bakery Chef Alexandre joins Putahracsa from his most recent role as Bakery Chef of the Crowne Plaza Dubai in the U.A.E. Prior to moving to the U.A.E, he worked for several bakeries in France including the Pietri Bakery and Ap'Airaud Bakery. With over thirteen years of international experience, Chef Alexandre will be responsible for all bakery products throughout the resort as well as the Ob-Ob Oon Boulangerie et Patisserie, Putahracsa's European Bakery serving specialty cakes, pastries, fresh breads and more.
