Scratchley comments that his latest book grew out of the experience of studying problem sexual behavior and sexual offending while in prison as well as living and working with thousands of individuals who had been incarcerated for similar offenses and that, in this text, he has been able to combine his personal experiences with his education in psychology and neuroscience.
