Similarly, I encourage people to come to me with ideas, even on their first days. I also evaluate people primarily based on their abilities to work with each other.”
According to Vic it is also really important to focus his hiring efforts on supporting this culture. He asserted that a single bad seed in the group can greatly damage the collaborative environment.
