Proof Management Returns From Conference, Sets New Goals

Proof Management members returned from an event feeling motivated by the networking experiences, and with some ideas on goals and company growth.

The Proof Management group lately attended a quarterly event – an occasion for uppermost team members to acquire further knowledge of the industry’s latest practices and procedures, and to associate with the best and sharpest in the business.  “It was also a chance for us to re-evaluate our company goals,” said Lindsay, the director of operations at Proof Management. “It was an inspiring event, watching people showcase their achievements. During the conference, we participated in training that was designed to make us more efficient at what we do. We heard discourse on topics such as consumer behavior, market research, and team development.”

“Networking is such an important element of business, and it can also be one of the most difficult,” she went on. “Just because we are in a business does not mean we are always prodigious at creating and sustaining customer and client relationships, or even relationships with one another. Conferences like this are, in a substantial part, about overcoming the anxiety associated with meeting and greeting. You have to do more than talk to your team members. You have to climb out of your comfort zone. It also offers us the opportunity to meet reliable people who have superlative information.”

The Proof Management team also left the industry event with some ideas on company growth and betterment. “We’ve returned with ideas on how to improve our business over the next few years,” Lindsay said. “Particularly in the team development area.”

“We don’t merely want to be a stable business.
