Promotions at Sheraton Cairo Hotel has been the outcome of it's ongoing policy of encouraging the hotel employees to extent an exceptional performance and exert their utmost efforts to achieve a high quality service.
Out of caring about the work splendor going up and in spite of the existing renovations' processes, Mr. Ibrahim Fahmy - Managing Director Of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Egypt and General Manager Sheraton Cairo Hotel, Towers and Casino- announced a lot of decisions related to some promotions and new appointments at Sheraton in different managements.

Mr. Fahmy announced the promotion of Mr. Haytham Farouk to the position of Executive Assistant Manager-Rooms Division, for his qualified experience in the Management of the Hotel Industry.
Previously, Mr. Haytham occupied the position of Director Of Operational Innovation and in the meantime he was in charge of managing the Sheraton Cairo Hotel Master Renovation Plan.
Mr. Haytham joined Sheraton Cairo's Team in 2002, and before that he held a lot managerial positions in Front Office and Sales & Marketing in different hotel chains such as Hilton, Conrad and Holiday Inn.

Furthermore, Mr. Fahmy is pleased to announce the promotion of Mrs. Nesreen Shawky to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for her vast experience and qualified management of the sales & marketing team. Mrs. Shawky previously has held the position of Director of Sales where she led her team in a professional manner and performed an outstanding managerial capability.
Mrs. Shawky joined Sheraton Cairo Hotel in 1997 as a Sales Executive where she has always succeeded in achieving outstanding results which qualified her to be promoted within the Sales department to reach at the end her last position as Sales & Marketing Director for Sheraton Cairo Hotel, Towers and Casino.

Mr. Fahmy as well announced the appointment of Mrs. Dalia Abdeen to the position of Director of human Resources, for her reputation, vast experience and her great expertise in the Hotel Industry.
Mrs. Abdeen joined Sheraton Cairo in 2010 and previously she held different positions within various international hotel chains such as Intercontinental, Marriot, Four Seasons and Radisson. Mrs. Abdeen is a real great addition to Sheraton Cairo Hotel's team.

Likewise, Mr. Fahmy and Mr. Halim Albert-Regional Finance Director- announced the promotion of Mr. Walid Battesha to the position of Deputy Finance Director of SheratonCairo Hotel.
Mr. Battesha joined Sheraton Cairo's Accounting Department in 2003 and he was always succeeded in achieving topgallant results. Battisha's wide experience, competency and great dedication at work qualified him to be promoted within the Accounting department to reach at the end his current position as Accounting Manager of Sheraton Cairo Hotel, Towers and Casino.
