Professor Eric Findlay Joins X-Pro UK
Noted Civil & Mechanical Engineer Professor Eric Findlay has recently joined forces with X-Pro, the online expert witness register.
Online, April 4, 2012 (Newswire.com) - X-Pro UK has announced that the latest recruit to its innovative online expert witness register is renowned civil and mechanical engineer Professor Eric Findlay.

Professor Findlay has an impressive track record with over 40 years hands-on experience on the design and construction of water supply, sewerage and sewage treatment schemes within the U K water industry and abroad with consulting engineers and water companies but primarily with Severn Trent Water Ltd (STWL) where he reached a senior position ultimately managing civil and mechanical engineering design teams implementing their Multi- Million Pound Capital Investment Programme.
Prior to this he spent for 4 years employed in the Audit Department responsible for the Post Appraisal (Technical Audit) of in-house and consultant-designed schemes including the contract & technical audit of the Carsington Dam project.
In June 2000, he was invited to join Copa Ltd (an international mechanical supplier of sewage treatment plant where he was particularly responsible for all aspects of their RBC business gaining valuable experience in the design, manufacture, selling and installation of mechanical plant.. During this time he improved the Cranfield design extending the life even further and regularly sold to UK Water Companies warranting the plant defect free for a minimum of 20 years.
In February 2007 he left Copa Ltd and set up Sewage and RBC Solutions Ltd concentrating on the overseas market. The Company provides a short term reporting service to water companies at home and abroad, consulting engineers and contractors. All technical work is undertaken by Professor Findlay himself.
He has acted as an Expert Witness against errant RBC Manufacturers, assisted in the Carsington dam contract and in litigation against the National Coal Board.
