Prodigy Mom, Michelle Brown-Stafford's Parents-As-Partners Workshop Launches International Tour

Stephen Stafford, 14 yr old college student's mother, Michelle Brown-Stafford, Parents-As-Partners Workshop garners international interest!

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - While many schools continue to struggle with creative ways to bring parents in to discuss their child's education, Michelle Brown-Stafford's Parent-As-Partners workshops in Atlanta consistently attracts intense parental interest! As she geared up for the second installment of her parental involvement workshop, Michelle's team began receiving calls and emails from parents, business/community leaders and educational institutions from other countries requesting that the workshop be brought to their communities! So as a part of her national campaign to get parents more involved, Michelle will strike out to host Parents-As-Partners: Teaching a New Generation Workshop internationally!

Michelle Brown-Stafford, the mother of child prodigy and current media sensation Stephen Stafford, also has a daughter, Martinique who graduated high school at age 16 and was later inducted in the National Honors Society her first year in college. Stephen is a 14 year-old college student who began his college experience at age 11 before becoming a full-time student at age 13 and the youngest in the school's 149 year history! The parental involvement expert has been coaching parents in educational resources and strategies for more than 14 years, long before it evolved into the aggressive campaign it is today.

The Parents-As-Partners Campaign will focus on the following:

Offering immediate "academic relief" to children struggling below expectations and provide supplemental tactics practiced by the Stafford children and those of other academic elite households.

Parents will be instructed at different levels on how to coach their children into the "flow of learning" that translates into results in the classroom. Learning styles, as well as knowing "when"and "how" to move a child along in academics when a local school isn't in a position to do so will also be stressed.

Parents of gifted/accelerated students will walk away from the workshop equipped with resources and strategies above and beyond that which their school's gifted program has to offer.

Early childhood education will be emphasized; techniques to begin working with preschoolers and research evidence into why "brilliance" begins with this age group.

Currently, Michelle Brown-Stafford's Parents-As-Partners Tour is scheduled for stops in Baltimore, MD; Detroit, MI (The Staffords' hometown); Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; St. Petersburg, FL; Dallas, TX and Nassau, Bahamas. Cities requested to be added includes Los Angeles & Oakland, CA; Norfolk, VA; and London, England.

Please call Lakeitha Y. Anderson of be Media Group to submit your request and begin galvanizing the parents in your community to become more empowered, educated and involved in their child's education. Businesses, philanthropists and educational institutions can also partner with Michelle Brown-Stafford and her team by contacting Lakeitha Y. Anderson for information on sponsorship opportunities.

Let's partner together to return our children "back to their unique brilliance!"
