Cierra, Pro Maverick Consultants' President, reflected on the firm's successes throughout 2018, and used these as the launching point for the company's goals in the coming year. She also explained the value of organizational objectives.

​Looking back on everything she and her team accomplished in the past year gives Cierra a sense of pride and accomplishment. It’s been a busy year full of promotions, travel, and expansion. “We expanded into Wilmington, North Carolina and Houston, Texas,” Cierra explained. “We looked for individuals who were excited about an opportunity with Pro Maverick Consultants and ready to grow with our team. We also participated in a number of philanthropy efforts, our most recent being a food drive for the Houston Food Bank. Then, the end of the year finished with me winning the President’s Club at an R&R retreat in the Dominican Republic.”

To capitalize on these impressive achievements, Cierra has set some ambitious targets for the coming year. “One of our goals for 2019 is to double the success we had in 2018,” she explained. “For instance, I plan to turn our three different offices into nine or 10 to maintain our momentum. We are striving to continue growing into the Houston community while giving back and getting involved.”
