The Dart SE serves as the basic model, and will carry a price of $15,995. This entry level compact will offer a hearty 2.0-liter Tigershark 4-cylinder engine packing 160 horsepower which is quite high for this class. As the base level, the SE will actually offer quite a few standard features, like: 10 standard air bags, four wheel disc anti-lock brakes, projection style headlamps, power windows, cloth bucket seats with 6-way manual controls, AM/FM CD with MP3 and the gorgeous LED wraparound taillight.
If customers want more styling options complete with additional interior features, black exterior accents, black headlamp bezels, dual exhaust, and a luxurious leather wrapped steering wheel they should look to the Rallye trim level. With the choice of three different engine options, drivers can get the performance and fuel economy they want. While the base Tigershark 2.0-liter is more than capable of beating the competition, Dodge is also offering a 1.4-liter MultiAir® Turbo engine and a 2.4-liter Tigershark MultiAir® II which can produce 184 horsepower.
