“This type of service is particularly meaningful for us because we know that our donation will have a direct impact on people’s lives,” Sarah said. “Certainly, financial contributions are helpful, but we wanted to give the pillows to people who will actually benefit from them. We are all really happy to know that our small contribution will give some people a little extra comfort right away.”

“Currently, our goal is for a different team member to choose a distinctive philanthropic organization each month,” she said. “Our most recent one, Star of Hope, was chosen by Lauren. I think that it means a lot that the cause was a personal choice by one of our associates. It is a far better system than the seemingly arbitrary selection process of large corporations.”
