Pinnacle Holding Company Promotes Elizabeth Bartlett to Chief Business Development Officer
Syracuse, New York, February 27, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Pinnacle Holding Company, a Syracuse, New York based financial services company, announced today the appointment of Elizabeth Bartlett to the newly formed executive position of Chief Business Development Officer. The CBDO appointment of Bartlett, who has been with PHC for 11 years, leverages her extensive knowledge of both the organization and the industry in identifying new sales opportunities and driving business growth.

A Syracuse native, Bartlett is a 2002 graduate of Ithaca College. After graduation, she spent time working in Boston, MA before returning home in 2005. She previously held positions in marketing, human resources and administration at Pinnacle.
