Perfectial Ends 2018 With New Office Locations, a Redesigned Website and Ambitious Plans for 2019
BOSTON, February 5, 2019 (Newswire.com) - 2018 was a busy year for Perfectial — the company added two more cities to Perfectial’s map, worked on cultivating prolific and mutually respectful relationships with the clients, as well as acquired new ones. In 2018 Perfectial rediscovered and modernized its brand, which was followed by a logical next step — the redesign of the website. It has a year of working hard on the company’s growth and development and here are some of the most important highlights from Perfectial’s 2018:
Kicking off 2018 with the opening of R&D office
Perfectial’s 2018 started with an opening of a new department — R&D office within its delivery center in Lviv, Ukraine.
Over the last years, the company has shown a dynamic growth, so the opening of R&D office felt like a logical next step in Perfectial’s development. The focus of our Research and Development will be primarily on developing new expertise by building showcase projects using hands-on experience with new and trendy tech solutions’, says Perfectial’s CTO and co-founder, Ivan Kohut.
Perfectial’s R&D services will focus on enhancing VR/AR portfolio, Blockchain for business as well as researching new, disruptive technologies.
New offices and cities to explore
Perfectial commenced 2018 with the opening a new development center in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. What started as a small division soon grew into an important part of the company that by the end of the year comprises of 30 people.
“When we opened Perfectial’s new office, we were a small group of people that came from different companies and backgrounds. By the end of 2018 we’ve managed to build a division that aligns with company’s goals but at the same time has its unique culture, values, and traditions that we cherish and foster”, says Volodymyr Yakubovskyy, Head of Ivano-Frankivsk office.
With the success of a new division, by summer 2018 Perfectial opened another new office, this time in Ukraine’s capital — Kyiv. The choice was dictated by the needs of company’s clients and also enabled Perfectial gain access to a lot wider talent pool.
Aside from development centers, last year Perfectial also started a sales office in London, UK and sufficiently strengthened and extended their sales forces on the US market.
Perfectial on the international arena
2018 was also full of international tech events for Perfectial. The company made a debut during two high-profile events that they also sponsored — Ukrainian Week in London and Malta Blockchain Summit. During the events, Perfectial’s representatives exhibited the company and took active participation in discussion about the future of tech and state of IT market in Ukraine.
Per usual, the company also supported local tech events: Lviv IT Arena and GDG DevFest.
Open Talks — a series of branded events by Perfectial
As a part of building its own brand in December Perfectial launched a series of their branded events — Open Talks.
Open Talks are a series of events on tech, business, management, design, and other related issues and industries. With both in-house and invited professionals as speakers the company is set to initiate sharing knowledge and experiences, learning and understanding new trends and approaches.
The first talk was held on December 5 in Ivano-Frankivsk, where Ivan Kourza, Head of Perfectial’s R&D delivered his talk on Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), heavily used within Blockchain domain.
The plans for 2019 are as ambitious. In 2019 Perfectial's focus lays in several fields. Firstly, the company plans on strengthening their positions on current and prospect markets such as US, UK, and the Middle East and engaging more high-profile customers. This leads to hiring more sales professionals and attracting best talents on the market to grant successful delivery. Additionally, this year’s focus will be on optimizing and developing scalable organizational structure: cooperation between Functional Offices, an introduction of new procedures and roles within the company. Perfectial began pushing these changes in the previous years, and 2019 will be devoted to mastering developments.
