Pendo Systems Announces Several New Hires as Their Growth Trajectory Continues
Montclair, New Jersey, July 26, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Pendo Systems is announcing the addition of three new team members as their 2017 growth continues.
Tracy Nicol joins Pendo as the Director of Operations and Premium Services from Commonwealth Bank in Australia where she served as their Program Director leading their transformation program to integrate the Murex platform globally. Tracy has 20 years of international experience in operations and program management, she specializes in Change Management and identifies opportunities for business improvement by building logical, fact based proposals for new processes, products, and operating models.

Ann Heron will serve as an Advisor to Pendo Systems after a distinguished career in public service with The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Most recently, Ann served as a Director in PwC's Financial Services Risk and Regulatory practice where she helped global financial institutions understand and respond to a range of regulatory changes including Enhanced Prudential Standards, OCC's Heightened Expectations (AML) and Dodd-Frank including Resolution Planning. In this capacity, Ann advised her client's regarding regulatory strategy and MRA/MRIA response. Ann brings to Pendo over 25 years of experience in senior line and program management roles to advance the C-suite's change agenda with expertise centered upon Strategy, Transformation, Risk Management and Business Process Excellence.
Vikas Rachakonda, a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer, will add additional depth to the development team and joins as an Applications Support and Infrastructure Lead.
