PayByPhone Parking Option Now Available in Sunny Isles Beach
Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, May 31, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Now in Sunny Isles Beach, municipal lots will offer park and pay using the PayByPhone App on your mobile device. Patrons may continue to pay at the central meter using cash or credit/debit cards.
Residents and visitors parking in Sunny Isles Beach can now use the same PayByPhone system used all over the country. Once downloaded, the free PayByPhone App lets patrons enter their location and license plate number from a smart phone to pay. If the meter is about to run out, the phone will send an alert and additional time may be added from the comfort of your own beach towel!
Another nice feature of this system is that patrons do not need to return to their car to place a receipt on the dashboard. The parking officer will automatically see the license plate numbers that have paid, on his device. If a receipt is needed, there is an option for the user to receive one through an email of their choice.
Don’t have a smart phone? That’s OK, because patrons may continue to use the central parking meter. Simply follow the instructions on the meter to pay for the amount of time needed. Pay with cash or credit/debit card and receive a receipt. The receipt need not be displayed in the vehicle; the parking officer will be able to view that payment has been made.
