Park Hyatt Saigon Introduces Hands-On Cooking Classes Geared for the Novice Chef

Sweet and savoury sessions from three master chefs at Park Hyatt Saigon

Park Hyatt Saigon is pleased to present three carefully crafted cooking classes on how to make authentic Italian dishes, grill steak perfection and bake the best desserts. These cooking classes will be a unique opportunity to work with, and learn from, the experts themselves on how to produce tasty food at home.

Intimate groups of five to eight people will be working together to enjoy the fruits of their labour and learn kitchen tips and tricks using the best ingredients. Executive Sous Chef Marco Torre offers Italian classics, featuring long-established homemade pizza and pasta recipes; Chef de Cuisine of Square One, Soren Lascelles, raises the steaks showcasing how to cook premium prime cuts from Australian Wagyu and Angus to US Prime Beef along with matching red wines for each grade; Pastry Chef Bertrand Sommereux designs a sweet journey to teach the art of truffles, cupcakes and tarts.

Presenting a truly authentic experience, the chefs incorporate creativity and flair to the class in an entertaining environment, and more importantly, learning how to produce tantalising meals.

All cooking classes require a 48-hour advance notice and begin from 2.30 PM - 5.30 PM with a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 8 people.

Cooking Class options include:

Marco's Rustic Italian - VND 1.800.000 per person, including a glass of prosecco
Soren's Premium Cuts - VND 3.300.000 per person, including matching red wines
Bertrand's Bakery - VND 3.700.000 per person, including one glass of champagne
