Parental Alienation Lobby Day Scheduled for April 25th in Lansing, MI
Lansing, MI, April 3, 2017 (Newswire.com) - With planning already underway to organize meetings for constituents and their representatives in Lansing on April 25th, 2017 in honor of Parenting Alienation Awareness Day, a local advocacy group, Hostile Aggressive Parenting Awareness, is pleased to announce the support of Michigan Governor, Rick Snyder. For the second year, Governor Rick Snyder has recognized April 25th as Parental Alienation Awareness Day in the state of Michigan with a signed proclamation.
Hostile Aggressive Parenting Awareness will be helping Michigan constituents schedule meetings with their representatives to discuss their concerns around family law and the rights children have to access all of their loving parents and extended families.
After the meetings take place, constituents will be joining Representative Jim Runestad (R-White Lake) and Representative Tim Greimel (D-Auburn Hills) at 3:30pm ET for a press conference and rally on the Capitol Steps. “It's an honor to be a part of this rally and support this movement fueled by the desire to strengthen family bonds; especially between a child and their loving parent,” Representative Runestad said. “It's important for both parents to be involved in their children's lives, and that's what this event is all about,” Representative Greimel said.
