Panoramic Universal Limited has recently acquired Brookdale village, a resort in Ooty.
Online, April 25, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Panoramic Universal Limited (PUL) has acquired Brookdale Village Resort in Ooty this month and bought the huge resort under their branded flagship of United-21. This acquisition comes within months of acquiring two more properties, one in Assam and other in Tamil Nadu.
Panoramic Universal Limited has already acquired three hotels within three months this year. There was a big speculation at the start of the year in the market about PUL targeting to acquire more and more hotels/resorts in this year and would compete with the top hospitality service providers. With these acquisitions one could find some element of truth behind the speculations. Brookdale Village resort, as the name suggest is a village where one could find many villas situated over a hill.
In Kaziranga, PUL's resort is situated very near to the national park. The national park, which has the highest density of tigers, is very popular among wildlife lovers.
