The newest NOSS satellite office provides Pain Management services to new and returning patients. NOSS also offers Pain Management in Prospect, at Pond Place, 166 Waterbury Rd; in Shelton at 330 Bridgeport Ave; and at the main NOSS office at 500 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.
