Additionally, Ty has been doing plenty of networking with professionals outside the organization, as well as extensive motivational speaking within it. According to Andrew, he’s even developed skills in mentoring his less-experienced peers and organizing training based on unique brand goals.
“Now that Ty is a manager, he will oversee approximately two dozen individuals in his office,” Andrew concluded. “It will be up to him to execute all he’s learned and more. He must build, motivate, train, and develop a team. He must also ensure that all predetermined revenue goals are met. He’ll be responsible for facilitating weekly team meetings as well, and will need to establish expectations and campaign parameters for all projects. Without a doubt, he’s ready for it. In fact, I think he’ll surprise everyone by positioning the firm for even further expansion before we know it!”
