OBCS Inc. Announces the Launch of Chef's Table Orange Beach, a Signature Experience on Alabama's Beaches
ORANGE BEACH, Ala., April 29, 2019 (Newswire.com) - OBCS Inc. is excited to announce the launch of Chef's Table Orange Beach in partnership with Signature Experience on Alabama’s Beaches. The official launch date is May 2, 2019.
In October 2018, Orange Beach Concierge and nine Industry Partners took on the challenge of participating in the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Experiential Tourism Development initiative. For the past seven months, the team has been hard at work developing new immersive experiences, elevating existing experiences with the goal of creating new revenue streams, drive visitation during targeted seasons and to create a competitive advantage for our destinations in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
Orange Beach Concierge collaborated with Joe Veneto of Veneto Collaboratory to design, craft, script and stage new visitor experiences. The experience has been branded Signature Experiences on Alabama’s Beaches.
Chef’s Table Orange Beach provides a wonderful experience for guests to dine in the heart of its private dining space, steps away from the talented culinary team. Chef David Pan will personally curate a multi-course tasting menu with the option of wine pairing. Chef’s Table Orange Beach can welcome up to 28 guests, reserved per seat and/or can be reserved for any group for the entire evening. The restaurant is conveniently located at The Wharf in Orange Beach, AL.

About Chef David Pan
Chef David Pan’s specialty is the French Method while remaining focused on the latest trends and techniques in the industry. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Mendota Heights, Chef Pan began his career at the 3 Diamond Rated WA Frost in St. Paul, Minnesota, under Chef Russell Kline. He expanded his culinary experience working with noted chefs at elite establishments including the Minneapolis Club, James Beard-winning Gustavus Inn, and James Beard-nominated Fishers Upstairs Orange Beach. In 2015, he launched Orange Beach Concierge Services Inc., one of the only personal chef and private dining companies in the area. While Chef is newer to the coast, his culinary impact is well known and acknowledged by his peers.
