She received her Juris Doctor with honors from Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC) and an LL.M. in Comparative Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Celina was associated with other prominent law firms in San Diego. She has served as a volunteer attorney with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program and has represented students and their families in special education law matters. She is admitted to practice before all Courts in California and Mexico. Ms. Viloria is one of the founding members and Past President of MAMAS (Mother Attorney Mentoring Association of San Diego). She also serves as a mentor to new trusts and estate attorneys through the San Diego County Bar Association.
