NTT Data and Anthony Carroll to Receive the Ponce De León Awards From the Spain-United States Chamber of Commerce
The Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Florida has officially announced that the recipients of the 2023 Ponce de León Awards in the categories of “Company of the Year” and “Executive of the Year” will be NTT DATA and Anthony Carroll, respectively. The awards ceremony will take place on November 2nd during the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce 43rd Anniversary Gala that will be held at the prestigious Biltmore Hotel in Miami.

The Ponce de León Executive of the Year Award will go to Anthony Carroll, President at Powin. With a prolific career in the renewable energy sector that began in Spain 20 years ago, Anthony is currently the president at Powin, one of the largest providers of renewable energy storage solutions in the United States.

Thereafter, he held leadership positions in global energy corporations like Schneider Electric and Siemens Gamesa. Currently, as President of Powin, he continues to support the global growth of the company, which has expanded from 300 million in bookings in 2021 to over 2.2 billion in 2022.
