SHB-960 is a type of full size CPU Card that conforms to PICMG1.3 specification. It is based on Intel Q67/77 chipset and supports LGA1155 Intel Sandy/Ivy Bridge processor. Onboard 2x 240Pin DIMM slots. Q67 supports DDR3 1066/1333MHZ while Q77 supports DDR3 1066/1333/1600MH, up to 8GB.
