The site, which will be operational as of July 16, 2011, is set up to accommodate support groups and a dating site. It will host forums for people with Cancer, Paralysis, AIDS, and Down Syndrome just to name a few. As a member you may use either or both of these services. In addition it will contain a blog from the company that members may add to if they have relevant comments of a particular subject. "As a former caregiver of parents that were stricken with a few different illnesses, I know how time consuming and dedicated a person has to be," said Chance to Love owner Olynka Watts. "I can only imagine what my parents felt so I wanted to create a place to connect with others who were caregivers. I also wanted a place where people like my parents could connect."

According to the company, sometimes when dealing with disabilities or illnesses people tend feel isolated, alone, or that those around them do not understand if they even have people around to share with.
